Management Board regarding the proposal to pay dividend for 2017 and purchase of own shares <\/h2> \r\n            \r\n                    <\/div>\r\n                        \r\n    <\/div>\r\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>Date of publication:<\/strong> 04.12.2017<\/p>\n\n<p>The Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the &#8220;Issuer&#8221;) informs that at the meeting of the Supervisory Board on 1 December 2017, the Management Board presented the settlement of the funds which were received on the basis of a court judgment delivered in a case being instituted by the Issuer against PERN S.A., about subject funds the Issuer informed in the current report No. 20\/2017 from November 15, 2017.<br\/><br\/>After repayment, from the above funds, of liabilities incurred in the course of implementation and settlement of the contract concluded with PERN S.A. and after the payment of due taxes, the Company will have an amount of approximately PLN 22 million, which will be recommend by the Issuer&#8217;s Management Board for payment to shareholders in the following manner:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>PLN 14 million intended for buying back of own shares for redemption purposes;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PLN 8 million for the payment of dividend.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Payment of the above amounts will not limit the possibilities of further organic development of the Company.<br\/><br\/>The Management Board of the Issuer&#8217;s company decided that the above information meets the criteria for confidential information specified in Art. 7 paragraph 1, 2 and 4 of MAR.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","tags":[123],"rok_raportu_biezacego":[],"class_list":["post-11445","raporty_biezace","type-raporty_biezace","status-publish","hentry","tag-2017-en"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Information of the PROCHEM S.A.
