The owned shares gave 531,411 votes at the General Meeting of the Company, which constituted 13.64% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Company.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As at December 22, 2017, the Funds held 308,553 shares in PROCHEM S.A., which constituted 7.92% of the share capital of the company. The owned shares gave 308,553 votes at the General Meeting of the Company, which constituted 7.92% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Company.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before change in the shareholding QUERCUS Parasolowy SFIO held 308,408 shares in PROCHEM S.A., which constituted 7.92% of the company&#8217;s share capital. The owned shares gave 308,553 votes at the General Meeting of the Company, which constituted 7.92% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Company.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As at December 22, 2017, QUERCUS Parasolowy SFIO held 178,408 shares in PROCHEM S.A., which constituted 4.58% of the share capital of the company. The owned shares gave 178,408 votes at the General Meeting of the Company, which constituted 4.58% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Company.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are no subsidiaries of the abovementioned Funds holding PROCHEM S.A. shares, as well as there are no persons referred to in Art. 87 sec. 1 item 3 lit. c of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The shareholder also does not have the financial instruments referred to in Art. 69b section 1 of above Act, and does not have the votes referred to in Art. 69b section 2 and 3 of above Act.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Company sends a scan of the received notification as an attachment to this report <a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/Raport_32_2017_Zalacznik.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">(download file)<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","tags":[123],"rok_raportu_biezacego":[],"class_list":["post-11437","raporty_biezace","type-raporty_biezace","status-publish","hentry","tag-2017-en"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
