Before the transaction PROCHEM S.A. directly holds 38.75% of the equity of the company.<\/p>\n\n<p>After the transaction, PROCHEM S.A. will directly hold 11.62% of the capital of Elektromonta\u017c Krak\u00f3w.<br\/>After the transaction PROCHEM INWESTYCJE Sp. z o.o. will hold 58.68% of the capital of the company.<br\/>Participation in the capital and voting rights directly and indirectly (by the company PROCHEM INWESTYCJE) of PROCHEM SA in Elektromonta\u017c Krak\u00f3w SA as at the date of the report is 70.3%<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","tags":[122],"rok_raportu_biezacego":[],"class_list":["post-11436","raporty_biezace","type-raporty_biezace","status-publish","hentry","tag-2013-en"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
