Garli\u0144ski Sp\u00f3\u0142ka Komandytowa, based in Warsaw. Concluded Agreement PHC will be valid until 31 December 2016.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The members of the agreement have in common 1,178,320 PROCHEM SA shares, which gives the right to exercise 1,179,920 votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of PROCHEM SA, corresponding to 30.2803% of the total number of votes and represents 30.2521% of the share capital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pursuant to art. 87 sec. 3 of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies, the Members of the Agreement PHC entitle the Coordinator of the Agreement PHC to perform the duties of imparting information referred to in the cited Act.
