Garli\u0144ski Sp\u00f3\u0142ka Komandytowa based in Warsaw, which was filed under Art. 69 sec. 2 item 1 of the Act of Trading in Financial Instruments, that the total number of votes at General Meeting of Shareholders of PROCHEM SA held by Prochem Holding changed by 3.43%.<br>The reason for the change in the total number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of PROCHEM SA was the sale of 133 500 units of shares of the issuer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prior to the sale of shares Prochem Holding M. Garli\u0144ski Sp\u00f3\u0142ka Komandytowa held 941 213 shares of PROCHEM SA, representing 24.17% of the share capital and the shares entitle to perform 941 213 votes at the General Meeting of PROCHEM SA what constituted 24.15% of total number of votes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the date of this notification the shares held by Prochem Holding give 807 713 votes at the General Meeting of PROCHEM SA, representing 20.73% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of PROCHEM SA.
