Supplementary report to the current report No 14 of 21 Dec. 2012 Raport uzupe\u0142niaj\u0105cy do raportu bie\u017c\u0105cego nr 14 z dnia 21.12.2012 r. <\/h2> \r\n            \r\n                    <\/div>\r\n                        \r\n    <\/div>\r\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>Date of publication: <\/strong>23.05.2013<\/p>\n\n<p>On 22 May 2013 the company PROCHEM S.A. signed an agreement with Solvay Advanced Silicas Poland Sp\u00f3\u0142ka z o.o. The subject of the contract covers engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCM) for construction of plant for production of high dispersion silica used in the production of energy-efficient tires. The plant will be located in W\u0142oc\u0142awek, and its annual production capacity is 85 thousand tons.<\/p>\n\n<p>The contract value \u2013 PLN 10.9 million (GROSS). Period of performance \u2013 approximately 15 months from the date of signing the contract. The agreement includes provisions for stipulated penalty, its value is limited to 10% of net income.
