Subject of the agreement is the preparing of technical documentation and procurement for the project &#8220;Intensification of production of soda ash by 200,000 tons per year in Soda Polish Ciech&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n<p>The contract value \u2013 12 644 400 PLN (GROSS VALUE).<\/p>\n\n<p>Period of performance &#8211; about 20 months from the date of signing the contract.<\/p>\n\n<p>The agreement includes provisions for contractual penalties, its value is limited to 10% of the net payment.
