The share of PROCHEM S.A. in the capital of Irydion Sp. z o.o. decreased to 50 %. The remaining 50 % of shares is held by Look Finansowanie Inwestycji S.A.<\/p>\n\n<p>At the same time, on 3 April 2013 loan agreement was signed between Irydion Sp. z o.o. and Look Finansowanie Inwestycji S.A. under which Look Finansowanie Inwestycji S.A. will grant until 30 September 2013 the company Irydion Sp. z o.o. a loan of PLN 15 million.<\/p>\n\n<p>Deadline for return of the loan &#8211; 30 September 2018.<\/p>\n\n<p>The interest rate does not differ from market conditions.
