Currently PROCHEM S.A. holds 56.7% of the capital of this company, and after completion of the redemption by Elektromonta\u017c Krak\u00f3w PROCHEM S.A. will own 67.6% of the capital of this company.<\/p>\n\n<p>After the transaction PROCHEM S.A. will own 31.25 % of the capital of Elektromonta\u017c Krak\u00f3w, and after completion of redemption 37.25% of the capital.<\/p>\n\n<p>After the transaction PROCHEM INWESTYCJE sp. z o.o. will own 25.45% of the capital of this company, and after the redemption 30.35%.<\/p>\n\n<p>Assets were considered significant because the value of the contract exceeds 10% of the equity of the issuer.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","tags":[121],"rok_raportu_biezacego":[],"class_list":["post-11404","raporty_biezace","type-raporty_biezace","status-publish","hentry","tag-2012-en"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
