Management Board (&#8220;Issuer&#8221;) informs that in the Report No. 11\/2018 published on February 2, 2018, Tomasz Antoszczuk, Jaros\u0142aw Wieczorek and Grzegorz Koby\u0142ecki were not mentioned among persons being participants of the proceeding instituted from aplication filed by the Value Fund Poland Activist FIZ.
