The subject of the contract is the provision of design services for the installation of nitric acid and neutralization in the ANWIL S.A. in W\u0142oc\u0142awek implemented by thyssenkrupp Industrial Solutions AG.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Issuer&#8217;s remuneration for the performance of the contract is EUR 2.4 million net. The remuneration is a lump sum and will be paid in monthly settlement periods, according to the level of work progress.<br\/>The date of completion of the contract (excluding as-built documentation) was set by the parties on June 14, 2020.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Management Board of the Issuer&#8217;s company decided that the above information meets the criteria for confidential information specified in Art. 7 paragraph 1, 2 and 4 of MAR due to the value of the contract.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","tags":[118],"rok_raportu_biezacego":[],"class_list":["post-11333","raporty_biezace","type-raporty_biezace","status-publish","hentry","tag-2019-en"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.9 -
