Signing a letter of intent <\/h2> \r\n \r\n <\/div>\r\n \r\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div>\n

The Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter “Issuer” or “Company”) informs that on July 3, 2019, the Issuer accepted the terms and signed a letter of intent prepared by HYUNDAI Engineering CO., LTD with its registered office in Seoul, Republic of Korea, on the subject of concluding an agreement between the Issuer and HYUNDAI Engineering CO., LTD on services related to the completion of a part of a building permit design for the investment of Polimery Police, being carried out by HYUNDAI Engineering CO., LTD for PDH Polska S.A.<\/p>\n\n

The lump sum remuneration of the Issuer agreed by the Parties amounts to EUR 1,750,000 net.<\/p>\n\n

Reconciliation of the other terms of the contract between the Issuer and HYUNDAI Engineering CO., LTD and the conclusion of the contract should take place within 60 days from the date of confirmation of the acceptance of the terms of the letter of intent by the Issuer.<\/p>\n\n

The conclusion of the contract depends on the investor’s consent – PDH Polska S.A. for the selection of the Issuer as a subcontractor of HYUNDAI Engineering CO., LTD.<\/p>\n\n

The Management Board of the Issuer’s company decided that the above information meets the criteria for confidential information specified in Art. 7 paragraph 1, 2 and 4 of MAR.<\/p>\n\n
