The remuneration is a lump sum and will be paid in instalments related to the progress of the works.<br\/><br\/>The parties set the date of execution of the contract (excluding as-built documentation) for June 1, 2021.<br\/>The agreement provides for limiting the Issuer&#8217;s liability to 20% of the Remuneration due to the Issuer.<br\/><br\/>The Management Board of the Issuer&#8217;s company decided that the above information meets the criteria for confidential information specified in Art. 7 paragraph 1, 2 and 4 of MAR due to the value of the contract.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","tags":[118],"rok_raportu_biezacego":[],"class_list":["post-11328","raporty_biezace","type-raporty_biezace","status-publish","hentry","tag-2019-en"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
