The Management Board of PROCHEM S. A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“Issuer”, “PROCHEM SA”) informs that in connection with the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of PROCHEM SA convened on August 25, 2020, which provides for elections the Supervisory Board of the Issuer on the agenda of the Meeting, the authorized shareholders have proposed to the Issuer’s Management Board the following candidates the Supervisory Board:<\/p>\n\n
