The Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. with its seat in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”) informs that on August 31, 2021, the Issuer received from APUS S.A. with its seat in Warsaw and from Jean Jaques Alphandera, a notification on the reduction of the block of shares.
The decrease in the share in the total number of votes at the Issuer’s General Meeting of Shareholders is a result of the settlement on August 25, 2021 of the transaction under the frame of the buy-back of 580,000 own shares for redemption announced by the Issuer on August 5, 2021.
