In September 2021, the Issuer concluded a contract with the Investor for the preparation of design documentation for the task called &#8220;Comprehensive preparation of the Design Documentation as part of the expansion of ETE-2 PCC Exol S.A. Plant in P\u0142ock &#8220;.<br\/><br\/>In the opinion of the Management Board, none of the above agreements meets the criteria for confidential information specified in Art. 7 paragraph 1, 2 and 4 of MAR due to the value of these contracts.<br\/><br\/>However, due to the fact that as of today the total value of contracts concluded with the Investor has reached the level of over PLN 8.1 million net, the Issuer&#8217;s Management Board decided that the above information meets the criteria for confidential information specified in Art. 7 paragraph 1, 2 and 4 of MAR.<br\/><br\/>The remuneration of the Issuer in both contracts is a lump sum and is paid in instalments related to the progress of works.<\/p>\n\n<p>Time limit for completion in both contracts was set at 10 months from the date of their conclusion.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","tags":[115],"rok_raportu_biezacego":[],"class_list":["post-11166","raporty_biezace","type-raporty_biezace","status-publish","hentry","tag-2022-en"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
