The share capital of the Company currently amounts to PLN 2,355,000.00 and is divided into 2,355,000 shares with a nominal value of PLN 1.00 each share, in total giving the right to 2,356,160 votes.<\/p>\n\n<p><br\/>Before the change, OFE PZU held 284,916 shares of the Company, which constituted 9.708% of the share capital, and had 284,916 votes from these shares, which constituted 9.704% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting.<br\/>After the change, OFE PZU holds 284,916 shares of the Company, which constitutes 12.098% of the share capital and holds 284,916 votes from these shares, which constitutes 12.092% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting.<\/p>\n\n<p><br\/>OFE PZU. also informed that:<br\/>&#8211; does not have any subsidiaries holding shares of PROCHEM S.A.,<br\/>&#8211; the situation indicated in Art. 69 sec. 4 item 6 the abovementioned act.<\/p>\n\n<p><br\/>A scan of the notification constitutes a (<a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/Raport_16_2022_zalacznik.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">download file<\/a>) for this report.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","tags":[115],"rok_raportu_biezacego":[],"class_list":["post-11158","raporty_biezace","type-raporty_biezace","status-publish","hentry","tag-2022-en"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
