Appointment of the Management Board for the Next Term

The Management Board of PROCHEM S.A., based in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), informs that today the Company’s Supervisory Board, acting in accordance with the provisions of § 25 section 1 of the Company’s Articles of Association, appointed the Management Board for the next term with the following composition: Marek Kiersznicki – President of the Management Board, Krzysztof Marczak – Vice President of the Management Board, Michał Dąbrowski – Member of the Management Board, for a three-year term, entrusting the above-mentioned individuals with their respective roles in the Management Board as indicated above. According to the resolution of the Supervisory Board, the next term of the Company’s Management Board is to commence on June 25, 2021.
The education, qualifications, and previously held positions, along with a description of the professional careers of the Members of the Management Board, are attached to this report.
The appointed individuals do not engage in any other activity outside the issuer’s enterprise and are not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained under the National Court Register Act.
